1. TAP TESTER / Donger. (To check for hollow sounding timbers).
2. TRAMEX MOISTURE METER. (Indicates areas of high moisture).
3. TERMATRAC. (Microwave instrument that detects movement).
4. THERMAL IMAGING CAMERA
5. ENDERSCOPE CAMERA (for invasive inspections where recommended)
