Building Inspection

Visual Building Inspection in accordance with AS 4349.1

Termite Inspection

Where Do Termites Come From?

Literally thousands of winged King and Queen termites, known as 'alates', swarm twice a year, around November and March and usually before, during or after a thunderstorm.

They land, drop their wings, find a mate and immediately look for shelter to begin a new colony.

To survive they need food (timber/celluose) and moisture.
